Family Sessions

Here at  Zalmy B Photography family sessions come in two main flavors. Portraits and Documentary. Each provide spectacular images of your family that they will cherish for generations. The packages are a starting point and the decision of how much you want to spend on art products is entirely up to you. Just a warning: Once you see the photos you are going to want them. Big.

Portraits: A portrait session is where we head to a park, the beach, the woods, your house, the backyard, Uncle Jim’s, or to downtown funkyville. I am very active in directing, posing and  making sure we get the most awesome photos around. An average session runs for two hours.

Cost: $700

Includes:

• An over-the-phone (or Skype) consultation about locations, time, ideas, concepts, clothes and any other goodies we think of.
• Up to 3 locations
• Up to 8 people
• Up to 3 hours of shooting
• Disc with the full resolution images and Printing rights

Documentary: Documentary sessions rock my world. And these rocks come in two sizes. Half day and full day. A lifestyle session is where you and your family do your thing. Be it at home, at the zoo, at grandma or Disneyland. And I stalk you, capturing your family as they are. The interactions, the fun, the laughing and crying. The mess making, the cleaning up, the cooking, eating. The love and the care. I work with you beforehand to craft a wonderful experience and the final product will blow you away. The ability to look back and see, really see, and feel, what your family was like at a certain time is priceless.

Half Day: $1100

Includes all of the above and:

• up to 5 hours of shooting
• a 30 page 10×10 storybook
• Disc with the full resolution images and Printing rights

A full day session is a wonderful way of documenting what a day in your life is like. From the kids waking up, until your final relaxing with a glass of wine after they go to bed. The breakfast making and eating, the cartoons watching,   the piling in the car and the yelling and screaming on the way… These photographs will become more and more precious as the years go by. How much I would give to have an album of a day in my life growing up…

• up to 14 hours of shooting
• a 40 page 12×12 album
• Disc with the full resolution images and Printing rights
